bike - 10 minutes.
stretching - yes.
exercises - straight leg raises upward with 5 lbs (20), 7.5 lbs (15), 10 lbs (10), to the sides 7.5 lbs (30 each). leg extensions on the wedge w/ 7.5 lbs - i'm blanking on how many of these i did. 15? 10? whatever. leg extensions off the table - like 10 at 7.5 lbs. leg press - 2 plates (3 x 10). shuttle - 4 bands, w/ the disc (3 x 10). 4 way hip kicks - 20 each dir. calf raises - 3 x 15 single leg, but i had to finish off the last set with my right. mini squats (30). 3 way throws on the airex foam pad (30 each way with the 2nd ball). TKEs grey band - 15 or so. wall squats (10).
hydrotrack - walked for a mile, started at about 2.3 mph, went up to 2.8 for the last 0.2 miles or so. squats underwater (45).
flexion - chris just kept telling me to pull. and i got to 120. kinda sucky, but better than last week.
hamstring curls - the manual ones where chris is pulling on my foot. we probably did 20. it tired me out.
the chair - with ice. this hurt more than last time. it was pretty uncomfortable at the start, then subsided, then it started gradually aching more. i tried to read.
i started one of those sudoku puzzles yesterday (sunday). it's from the ajc on friday 10/21 and the difficulty rating is 5/5 stars. it's making me crazy, and i meant to pull it out for my time in the chair, but i forgot. it's now tuesday. i'm still working on the puzzle. in the meantime, yesterday (monday) at mak's, i finished one that they had (3/5 stars). i'm beginning to think that this one has no solution. right.
