week 41.

sunday, may 21. had to "supervise" the ozone v. uga v. emory scrimmages. i threw around a teeny bit. no running or anything significantly active. but throwing was fun. and i stretched some.

tuesday, may 23.
my last day of PT. graduation. i got a t-shirt commemorating the occasion. jessica (the intern from emory who has been working with me - i'm sure i've mentioned her) said that i could've had a baby in the amount of time i've been coming to PT. sigh.
stairmaster - 10 mins.
stretching.
exercises - box jumps (6). side jumps (3x10). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10 ea w/ calf raises betw); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10 ea). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (20, 15, 10 reps). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (20, 15, 10 reps). outside: high skips. backwards cuts. one legged diagonal forward hops over a line. back inside. crab walk. single leg squats on the half ball (3x15).
i iced, said goodbye, hugged everybody, and left. hopefully only to return as a visitor from here on out. i'm going to miss the place and the people there. sigh, again.

wednesday, may 24.
climbing. ah... i love climbing.

thursday, may 25.
went to agnes scott track, ran 2 laps pretty slow pace, threw around a bit with mak, did a few jumping exercises (soccer goal jumps, squat jumps, line jumps, single leg diagonal hops over a line).
