i'm sort of going to be slacking this week. gotta go to my sister's graduation thursday (11th), then drive back friday night, then have ozone tryouts all weekend.

i can't exactly remember everything i did this day... but something like this.
exercises - box jumps (6). side jumps over 12" block (3x10). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10ea w/ calf raises in betw); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10ea). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10ea). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (10ea). outside. suicides, but all facing one direction so i was running forward and backward (3 lines, x2). short shuttles (2). one-leg jumping diagonally over a line (2). back inside. crab walk. single leg squats on half ball w/stick over shoulders (3x15).
