kate's gone to belize this week.
saturday and sunday, may 13-14. ozone team tryouts. i led plyo warmups (skipping, lunging, etc) on sunday. did a minute amount of running around and throwing. and when i say minute, i really mean it.
tuesday, may 16.
stairmaster - 10 mins
stretching.
exercises - box jumps (6). side jumps (3x10). leg press: double 10, 11, 12 plates (10 ea w/ calf raises betw); single 6, 7, 8 plates (10 ea). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (i was supposed to have been doing 20, 15, 10 reps for these, but haven't been. but did that today). leg extensions: 15, 20, 25 lbs (20, 15, 10 reps). outside - chris had me follow her directions (run backwards, shuffle left/right, cut diagonal forward/backward, 10 squat jumps, jumping jacks, whatever). 2 times. tiring. threw a little tiny frisbee around for a while - i was terrible at it at first (way different than your normal 175g) - but got better rapidly with the flick. then went inside. crab walk. single leg hops for distance. single leg squats on half ball (3x15). i think that was it.
wednesday, may 17.
climbing. first day back to climbing in awhile. they'd changed all the routes on the back side of the gym. fun. i made it up about 3 climbs, and i think attempted 2 that i didn't make it up.
later weds. night b-marshall and i went to mjq. that counts as some sort of physical activity.
friday, may 19. lab summer party. i was exempt from the groover road run this year. nice. tried playing a little tennis after eating a bunch of food. felt a little weird, but ok. knee's stable.
