week 33.

sunday, mar. 26.
went climbing while a teeny bit hung over. wasn't the worst thing, but i felt more drained than normal. i also tried climbing a bunch of hard shit. it's thursday now, and i'm still a little sore between the shoulderblades and in the lats.

monday, mar. 27.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.
stretching.
exercises - step ups (3x10). box jumps (6). balance: both sides of bosu, same as usual. line jumps (20 each). single leg stick squats (3x15). single leg hops for distance. outside: suicides/shuttles w/3 lines (not including the baseline) x5. leg press: double leg - 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10) w/ calf raises in between; single leg - 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). step downs (2x15). crab walk. side/side speed jumps (2x30sec). defensive slides (2 there, back). grapevines (2 there, back).

wednesday, mar. 29.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.

exercises - step ups (3x10). box jumps (6). side-side jumps over the 12" box (3x10). balance: bosu stuff. leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg press: 10, 11, 12 plates double leg (10, 10, 10) with calf raises between (20 each); 6, 7, 8 plates for single leg (10, 10, 10). crab walk. line jumps (20 each). single leg stick squats on half ball (3x15). step downs (2x15). single leg hops for distance and speed. outside: shuttle/suicide runs w/3 lines (5). it was warm and bright out there. back inside. skips. side/side speed/ski jumps (2x30sec).
