week 32.

only one day this week - i just returned from ORS on wednesday mar. 22, so this was the only day i could do it.

stairmaster - 10 minutes.
stretching.
exercises - step ups on 24" block (3x10). box jumps - same as before (6). balance: bosu stuff - blue side, 30 throws with ball #2; flat side, squat throws with ball #3 (10x10). line jumps (20 each). single leg stick squats with half ball under my foot (3x15). suicides (4) - i think i did these inside today between tape lines that chris put down. 4 lines including the start/base line (so 5 segments of there, back). single leg hops for distance. leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10) with calf raises (20 @ each weight) in between; single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). step downs (2x15). side-side jumps (2x30sec). defensive slides (2 there, back). grapevines (2 there, back).
