week 31.

honestly, since i haven't been keeping up and i'm writing by memory, who knows if this is correct. i think it's pretty close, but it's a funny thing the brain.

i think i went climbing on sunday march 12, and i think mak came with me. i could be off by a week, but i think this is right.

tuesday, mar. 14.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.
stretching.
exercises - step ups on 24" block (3x10). box jumps (6). side jumps over 12" block (3x10). balance stuff: blue side of bosu, throws with ball #2 (30); flat side of bosu, squat throws with ball #3 (10x10). line jumps (15 each: forward/back, side/side, 2 diagonals, ccw box, cw box). outside: suicides (4) w/ 3 cement lines and a baseline (5 theres and backs of varying distance). hard cuts (4). back inside. single leg hops for distance (2). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10) with 20 calf raises between each set; single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). hamstring curls 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg extension 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). step downs (2x15). crab walk. side-side speed jumps (2x30sec).

thursday, mar. 16.
