treadmill - 0.75 mi, about 8 minutes. sigh... running is so hard. someone was on the stairmaster.

exercises - step ups on 24" box (3x10). box jumps (6). side jumps over 12" box (3x10). balance: bosu blue side - 30 throws; flat side - squat throws (10x10). outside: suicides (4). skips. back inside. hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10 w/ 20 calf raises betw); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). step downs (2x15). crab walk. single leg stick squats on half ball (2x15). line jumps (20ea).

exercises - step ups on 24" box (3x10). box jumps (6). side jumps over 12" box (3x10). balance: bosu blue side - 30 throws w/ ball #2; flat side - squat throws (10x10) w/ ball #3. outside: shuttles/suicides w/ the baseline +3 cement lines (3). jess made up some new stuff for me after that. shorter shuttle (along the back fence - 6 posts about 1 - 2 yards apart). then she called out the directions for me to cut. i started by jogging forward, and she'd say "left" or "right" or "left right" for a little juke move. we did that twice. it was cool. good for of unpredicted and not as controlled changes of direction and reaction time. back inside. ah air conditioning. it was pretty f-ing hot out there today. i'd say 80-85. leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10 w/ 20 calf raises betw); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (10, 10, 10). crab walk. step downs (3x10). single leg stick squats on half ball (3x10). line jumps. i tried single leg hops for distance, but it kinda bothered me, so i didn't do those or side-side speed jumps today.
