week 34.

tuesday, apr. 4.
this other acl girl, katie, was on the stairmaster today, so i ran 1 mi for warmup. started about 5 mph, moved up to 6.5 by the end.
stretching.
exercises - step ups (3x10) on 24" box. balance: bosu stuff - blue side 30 throws with ball #2; flat side 10x10 squat throws with ball #3. hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10 w/ calf raises between); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). box jumps (6). outside: suicides, baseline + 3 cement lines (4). back inside. single leg hops for distance (2). still feels a little rough especially after running on the treadmill and outside. step downs (2x10). crab walk. single leg stick squats w/ foot on half ball (3x15). line jumps.

thursday, apr. 6.
chris had to go to buffalo, so i'm seeing barbara and the PT student, jessica.

exercises - step ups (3x10) on 24" box. balance: bosu stuff. box jumps (6). side jumps over 12" box (3x10). hamstring curls: 20, 25, 30 lbs (10, 10, 10). leg extension: 15, 20, 25 lbs (12, 12, 12). leg press: double leg 10, 11, 12 plates (10, 10, 10 w/ 20 calf raises betw); single leg 6, 7, 8 plates (10, 10, 10). step downs (3x10). single leg stick squats w/ foot on half ball (3x15). line jumps (20 each). crab walk. side-side speed jumps (2x30sec).
stretching at the end.
didn't run or do suicides/shuttles today... kinda tired and knee was kinda achy. perhaps from running a mile and doing cutting drills last time. tiredness may be from allergies. ugh.
