saturday, feb. 4.
went to the ymca with kate and did some weights and 1 mi on treadmill.

tuesday, feb. 7.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.
stretching.
tape - the v plus the glide.
exercises - step ups (3 x 10 on 24" block). balance: bosu single leg throws w/ball2 (30), bosu platform squat throws w/ball3 (10x10). box jumps (5). single leg hops for distance. skips. double leg hops for distance. line jumps. leg press: double leg (7, 8, 9 plates - 20, 15, 10), single leg (4, 5, 6 plates - 20, 15, 10). hamstring curls (15, 20, 25 lbs - 20, 15, 10). leg extension (10, 15, 20 lbs - 20, 15, 10). shuttle jumps (3 bands - 3x10). calf raises (3x15). step downs (2x10). single leg stick squats (3x10). floor touches (36). door jumps (2x30). squat jumps (2x10). wall squats (5x30sec w/10lbs each hand).
no running inside or outside.

thursday, feb. 9.
