the perfect bowl

today's creation at the real chow baby (on howell mill near 10th):
starches, veggies, herbs - (main bowl)
hefty bowl of brown rice and flat rice noodles.
broccoli, bok choy, basil, cilantro, garlic, green onions, and bamboo shoots.
sauces - (spread atop the starches/veggies/herbs)
red chili paste (1 ladle, though it was more liquid-y than paste-y)
black bean garlic (1.5 to 2 ladles)
ginger lime basil (a little less than 1 ladle)
protein -
shrimp skewer add-on
egg (raw egg that they scramble up in the stirfry)
beef strips (filling about half of the separate protein bowl)
tilapia cubes (the other half, or a little more)
spices - (sprinkled on both the protein bowl and main bowl)
sambal (which is really just garlic chili sauce)
curry powder
chili powder
black & white sesame seeds
