week 17.

i have some catching up to do.

dec. 6, tuesday.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.
stretching.
exercises - balance: with ball #2, bosu single leg throws (30) and bosu squat throws (10 x 10). decline squats (20). stick squats (20). leg press: single leg - 3, 4, 5 plates (20, 15, 10), double leg - 5, 6, 7 plates (20, 15, 10). leg extension: 15 lbs (3 x 10) - yeah, i went up. hamstring curls: i guess i sorta was testing the waters here... 3 sets of 10 at 10 lbs, then 15 lbs, then 20 lbs. 20 lbs was hard. lateral step downs (20). calf raises (3 x 15). crab walk. floor touches (36). line jumps: forward/backward, side/side (20 each). wall squats (5 x 30 secs). jump rope: i think i went for like 5 minutes. it's getting easier. skips: there, back, there, back.
hydrotrack - 2 miles? maybe 1.5. whatever. about 4.something mph.
flexion - getting closer... the pushing is still hard, though.

dec. 8, thursday.
stairmaster - 10 minutes.

exercises - balance: with ball #2, bosu single leg throws (30) and bosu squat throws (10 x 10). decline squats (20). stick squats (20). leg press: single leg - 3, 4, 5 plates (20, 15, 10), double leg - 5, 6, 7 plates (20, 15, 10). shuttle jumps: double leg, 2 bands (3 x 10). leg extension: 15 lbs (3 x 10). hamstring curls: 15 lbs (3 x 10) - i dropped back down because i was still sore from tuesday because of these. lateral step downs (20). calf raises (3 x 15). crab walk. wall touches: little quick jumps with both legs to touch the wall above a doorway (30. 1 set or 2? dunno). squat jumps: touch the floor, then the sky (15). floor touches (36). line jumps: forward/backward, side/side (20 each). wall squats (5 x 30 secs). jump rope: oh wait... we skipped this. i had a little pain... maybe from adding the new jumping stuff. skips: there, back, there, back.
hydrotrack - i didn't feel great, but got in anyway. ran for 1 mile about 3.85 mph.
flexion - getting closer... 1 fist-height above the goal.
